How to create & schedule a post

Option A — Social Builder

  1. Go to `/create`
  2. Pick a PEAR template
  3. Edit caption (keep NAP) + overlay
  4. Add media
  5. Choose IG / FB / GMB
  6. Schedule (defaults toward next cadence slot)

Option B — Calendar create form

  1. Open `/calendar`
  2. Fill body + platforms + optional media URL
  3. Accept default Mon/Wed/Fri 11a Phoenix or pick a time
  4. Save as scheduled or draft

Option C — Playbook

  1. `/playbooks` → Run a play
  2. Verify new rows on Calendar
  3. Edit copy if needed before publish

Publish

  • Single: publish action on the calendar item
  • Batch: Publish due now / POST /api/calendar/publish-due

Demo mode succeeds without Meta keys. Live Meta needs app id/secret + connected IG/FB accounts. IG feed needs mediaUrl.
