Goals live on Home / Insights (/insights) via the Social Goals panel.

Defaults

PEAR default goals seed automatically (publish cadence, channel targets). Adjust counts to match Matt’s weekly ambition — typical baseline is 3 feed posts/week (Mon/Wed/Fri) plus story drafts.

Coaching use

• Green = on pace
• Behind = open Playbooks and queue the missing week
• Don’t inflate goals to “look busy” — Bayline is for booked cars, not vanity post counts
