The growth loop

content → social → leads → booked → handoff — the loop every module feeds.

The growth loop

Every Bayline module feeds one loop:

content → social → leads → booked → handoff

1. Content

Create posts in Social Builder (/create), queue weeks with Playbooks, or draft long-form in Blog. Schedule on the Calendar.

Default feed cadence: Mon / Wed / Fri at 11:00a America/Phoenix. Stories: Tue / Thu drafts from story playbooks.

2. Social

Publish to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile (GMB).

  • Without Meta / Google keys → demo publish (local status + stub external ids). Good for training.
  • With keys + connected accounts → live Graph / GMB publish.

3. Leads

Inbound hits Inbox (conversations), Forms (/f/...), or Leads contacts. Tags and notes keep context for the VA.

4. Booked

Move deals on Pipeline (New lead → Contacted → Booked → In shop → Won/Lost) or take Bookings via the public book page.

5. Handoff

Bayline’s job ends when the customer is booked / in shop. Shop work happens outside Bayline — don’t invent RO workflows here.

Daily habit (VA-friendly)

  1. Check Home / Insights for this week’s loop health
  2. Open Inbox — reply or create a lead
  3. Confirm Calendar has the next Mon/Wed/Fri slots filled
  4. Run a Playbook if the week is thin
