“Published” but nothing on Instagram

You’re in demo mode or the account isn’t linked. Check env keys and Social accounts. IG feed also needs a media URL.

Meta connect fails

• Redirect URI must be /api/social/callback
• App id/secret must match the Meta app
• Page / IG professional account permissions required

Media upload fails on Vercel

Set `BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN`. Locally, filesystem storage under public/media works without Blob.

Email sequence didn’t send

SMTP_* unset → demo log only. Configure SMTP for real mail.

SMS silent

Twilio env unset → stub log. Expected in training.

Studio chat unavailable

No GOOGLE_GENERATIVE_AI_API_KEY / GEMINI_API_KEY / XAI_API_KEY / OPENAI_API_KEY. Manual edits still save.

Wrong address in AI output

Re-assert NAP: 15681 N. Cave Creek Rd #9, Phoenix AZ 85032 · 623-273-2366. Reject Utah lookalikes.

Calendar timezone confusion

Always think America/Phoenix. UI defaults are Phoenix wall-clock; storage is UTC.
